Shipping policy

Ljwhsoft currently delivers to customers in the United States. Shipping charges are shown in U.S. dollars. The delivery windows below describe estimated carrier transit after dispatch.

Processing before dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This preparation period comes before carrier transit and applies to both standard and expedited delivery.

Delivery choices

 

Including processing, the estimated total is 8-17 business days for standard delivery and 6-10 business days for expedited delivery. Expedited delivery changes the estimated transit period after dispatch; the 1-2 business day processing period still applies.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, address issues, or other events affecting transit may change the delivery time. Contact us with your order number if the estimated window has passed.

Tracking and delivery support

Tracking information is provided after dispatch and sent to the email address used at checkout. The carrier may need time to publish the first tracking scan after receiving the parcel.

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears overdue, or a parcel marked delivered cannot be found, email info@ljwhsoft.com. We will review the shipment information and assist with the delivery inquiry.

Address changes

Check the delivery address before submitting your order. If you need an address correction or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be changed. Once dispatched, carrier restrictions may prevent an update.
